Relating to chronic absences; prescribing an effective date.

Abstract

Extends sunset for pilot programs that use trauma-informed approach to decreasing rates of school absenteeism. Appropriates moneys from General Fund to Department of Education for pilot programs. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
